The M1 Swimming Club Gala is an ideal introduction to squad swimming for swimmers and young athletes living in the Stonnington Council and Glen Eira Council areas. Designed specifically for swimmers progressing through a squad swimming program, this local swim meet gala provides a friendly, structured, and low-pressure environment where children can gain confidence racing as part of a squad. For many swimmers, this is their first experience of competitive squad swimming. It helps swimmers understand race procedures, pool etiquette, and how squad swimming competitions work, all while racing alongside teammates in a supportive and encouraging setting close to home.
