This program is dedicated to enhancing swimming techniques and developing critical racing skills, all while fostering the growth of strong, lasting friendships. Participants will have abundant opportunities to train and compete in a variety of carefully selected events, promoting both teamwork and individual growth. Within the Academy’s youth competitive levels, swimmers will receive personalized coaching that focuses on perfecting their strokes through a range of specialized drills. They will refine their racing strategies, improve their endurance, and build a deep understanding of race dynamics.

The program is designed to help swimmers develop not only their technical skills but also their mental toughness, preparing them for future competition. Throughout their journey, swimmers will thrive in a welcoming, supportive environment that encourages mutual respect and fosters a sense of community. The program is committed to
providing a safe and motivating space where young athletes can grow, both in the pool and as individuals, while building the discipline, focus, and resilience needed for success in the sport and beyond.

Membership options
The Competitive Squad Swimming Pathway offers flexible participation to suit different commitment levels, with options to attend either one session per week or as many sessions as desired. Attending one session per week is a great way to build essential skills, boost water confidence, and maintain connection with squad training. However, participating in two or more sessions each week significantly accelerates progress and delivers a wide range of benefits. These include enhanced cardiovascular fitness, increased muscular strength, improved endurance, and better recovery. Regular squad training also contributes to mental resilience, goal setting, and discipline—key traits in both sport and life. For students involved in other activities, swimming acts as an excellent form of cross-training by promoting joint mobility, coordination, flexibility, and injury prevention. Competitive swimming fosters a strong sense of teamwork and commitment, builds self-confidence through personal achievement, and offers a supportive environment to develop lifelong fitness habits.
