Since 2002, the Academy of Swimming has delivered high-quality squad training programs throughout the Stonnington region. Led by Head Coach Rodney Skudar, a third-generation swimming coach with more than 25 years of experience, our program focuses on developing excellent technique, fitness, confidence, and a lifelong love of swimming.
Training is conducted at the iconic Harold Holt Swim Centre, located at 1409–1413 High Street, Glen Iris. Our squads cater for swimmers of all ages and abilities, providing clear pathways from learn-to-swim programs through to competitive swimming. Every swimmer receives coaching tailored to their individual goals in a positive and supportive team environment.

Located at 200 East Boundary Road, Bentleigh East, the Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre (GESAC) is one of Melbourne’s leading aquatic and fitness destinations. Since opening in 2012, GESAC has become a hub for swimming, health, and community sport.
Home to the Glen Eira Academy of Swimming, GESAC offers comprehensive squad training programs designed to help swimmers develop strong technique, fitness, and racing skills. With outstanding facilities and experienced coaches, GESAC provides an ideal environment for swimmers to thrive and reach their full potential.

The Academy of Swimming proudly operates squad programs at the newly redeveloped Carnegie Memorial Swimming Pool. Reopening in January 2025, CMSP is one of Melbourne’s newest and most impressive aquatic facilities, offering a modern environment for swimmers to train, improve, and achieve their goals.
