Child Safety Policy

The Academy of Swimming is deeply committed to ensuring the safety, protection, and well-being of every child in our program. We believe that all children have the right to feel safe, respected, and supported in a nurturing environment. Our Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy applies to all staff members, coaches, and volunteers, outlining clear guidelines and expectations to create a culture of care and accountability.

To uphold our commitment to child safety, our Child Safety Code of Conduct sets the standard for appropriate behavior, interactions, and responsibilities within our Academy. We encourage all members of our community to review this document to understand their role in maintaining a safe and positive space for young swimmers.

If you have any questions, concerns, or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact our Child Safety Officer, Rodney Skudar (contact@academyofswimming.com.au)
