Thinking of Cancelling? Stay Connected with Just One Session a Week
Before you go, we want to share an option that helps swimmers stay active without the pressure of a full schedule. If life is getting busy, our one-session-per-week option is the perfect way to stay involved while keeping things manageable. It ensures your child keeps the benefits of training—and stays connected to the sport and their swimming friends. Even one session per week helps maintain routine, support mental wellbeing, and keep progress moving forward.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes, you can. We offer a membership hold option called Time Freeze. Please complete the form for any planned adjustments when a swimmer will be absent for at least 4 weeks (up to 8 weeks). Training breaks during most school holidays are standard and should not be counted as part of the absence period. An administration and holding fee applies.
1. Click here and complete the Notice of Absence Form, including your planned absence dates no later than 7 days before your absence begins.
2. You will receive a confirmation email once your membership has been adjusted.
3. Your direct debit will automatically resume after the return date you have provided.
If your absence is due to a medical reason, simply click here to submit the appropriate request.
