About the M1 Swimming Club
M1 Swimming Club offers a clear pathway for Academy of Swimming members who are ready to take the next step into competitive swimming. As an official club affiliated with Swimming Victoria and Swimming Australia, M1 Swimming Club enables swimmers to participate in organized swim meets at both local and national levels. Once swimmers join the M1 Swimming Club, they are integrated into our Academy of Swimming competition pathway program, where their training is tailored for performance in racing environments. A major benefit of racing through the club is that our experienced coaching team can observe and assess how well swimmers apply the skills and techniques they’ve developed during training—providing real-time insights and feedback in a competitive setting.

Identifying Competitive Swimmers
Our coaching staff maintains up-to-date records of all active swimmers, including those competing. This allows us to deliver individualized coaching and technical feedback tailored to each swimmer’s current progress and goals. For more than 20 years, our swimmers have proudly worn the M1 Swimming Club cap during training and competitions.
