Academy Membership
Participation in the program is considered an ongoing commitment. You may choose to pay your total annual fees upfront by credit card, bank account, direct deposit, or cheque, or pay monthly via direct debit on the first business day of each month. Monthly payments are averaged across 12 equal instalments, meaning the fee remains the same regardless of public holidays or school holiday periods. All term breaks during school holidays have already been factored into the pricing structure. Where we have made reasonable efforts to inform you of a fee increase, you hereby irrevocably authorise us to adjust any debits from your nominated account to reflect the revised fees, effective from the date specified in the notice.
Child Safety Policy
The Academy of Swimming is deeply committed to ensuring the safety, protection, and well-being of every child in our program. We believe that all children have the right to feel safe, respected, and supported in a nurturing environment. Our Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy applies to all staff members, coaches, and volunteers, outlining clear guidelines and expectations to create a culture of care and accountability. To uphold our commitment to child safety, our Child Safety Code of Conduct sets the standard for appropriate behavior, interactions, and responsibilities within our Academy. We encourage all members of our community to review this document to understand their role in maintaining a safe and positive space for young swimmers. If you have any questions, concerns, or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact our Child Safety Officer, Rodney Skudar (contact@academyofswimming.com.au) To view our Child Safety Code of Conduct, please click here
