Glen Eira Academy @ GESAC, click here (entry fee is required, GESAC entry is on hold)
For 20 years the Academy of Swimming has been one of the leading providers of competitive & recreational swimming squad training in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs, operating at the Harold Holt Swim Centre (Glen Iris), and the Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre (GESAC, East Bentleigh)
The Academy caters for squad swimmers of all ages & standards, from our current state level swimmers through to first time squad swimmers, training to improve their stroke technique & fitness levels
Every child matters and the Academy of Swimming prides itself on creating a fully proficient swimmer that can compete successfully at school carnivals and potentially competitive swimming strong swimmers but more importantly, we help children become the best people they can be in life.
Non-competitive members are provided an outlet to refine stroke technique, maintain fitness & a healthy lifestyle. Many swim as a second sport to help prevent injury in football, basketball, and netball to just name a few.
Interested in competitive swimming? Members within the Academy of Swimming are able to join our M1 Swimming Club with competitions having an emphasis on learning and self-improvement, please click here for further details.
